Is there an installation manual?

For many products we provide instructions, or you can download them from our website.

What does “replacement part” mean?

This means that you send us your defective old part and we will supply you with a refurbished replacement product.

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
